How booking works

Add your time slot to the cart, check out, and select in-store pickup. Once your order is placed, your spot is reserved. You'll get an order confirmation as your proof of booking.

Payment

A $5 booking fee, HST included, reserves your 15 minute appointment. This is non-refundable and holds your time slot. The remaining $10 balance is collected by Hollie on the day and time of your appointment by cash or e-transfer. A grinder finish is available if your dog does better without clippers, for an additional $5.

Good to know

Dogs only. Not suitable for dogs who need a muzzle for routine handling or are typically nail-trimmed under sedation. If a dog becomes unsafe to handle, a muzzle may be used for the rest of the trim. A short waiver is completed at check in. Please arrive a few minutes early and plan to stay in the store during the trim.
