How much does the nail trim clinic cost?
The clinic is $15 total per dog. A $5 booking fee is paid online to reserve your appointment and the remaining $10 is paid directly to Hollie on clinic day. The exact online checkout amount is $4.42 + HST ($4.99 at checkout).
How long is each appointment?
Each dog receives a dedicated 15-minute appointment. Please arrive a few minutes before your scheduled time.
Can I book more than one dog?
Absolutely. Each dog needs their own 15-minute appointment. If you are bringing multiple dogs, choose separate consecutive time slots whenever possible.
How do I know what dates and times are available?
The booking calendar above shows our live availability. Select a clinic date to see the appointment times currently available. Once an appointment is reserved, that time is removed from availability automatically.
Do I need to complete a waiver?
Yes. The required clinic waiver and customer signature are completed as part of the online booking process before your appointment is reserved.
Will I receive an appointment reminder?
Yes. Our booking system sends appointment confirmations and automatic reminders by email and text message when a mobile number is provided. Be sure to double-check the date and time shown in your confirmation.
Can I reschedule my appointment?
Yes. Your booking confirmation includes a link to manage your appointment. Appointments can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time, subject to availability. When you reschedule your existing appointment at least 24 hours beforehand, your booking fee carries forward to the new time, subject to availability.
Can I cancel my appointment?
Yes. If you are unable to attend, please cancel your appointment as early as possible so the time can become available to another customer. Online cancellations close 24 hours before the appointment. The booking fee is non-refundable if the appointment is cancelled.
