We carry 300+ brands in store and online, and have access to thousands more. If you don't see something on our website there's a good chance we either carry it in store or can special order it for you. Give us a call at 289-600-9498 or use our special order form and we'll track it down.

Yes — and we do them every week. If you're looking for a specific brand, formula, size or product we don't currently stock we can order it in for you. No minimum order required. Most requests are confirmed within 1 business day. Use our special order form or call us directly.

Yes, but if you're looking for something specific and don't see it online come in or give us a call — we may already have it on our shelves.

NUTRITION & ADVICE

Absolutely — it's one of our favourite things to do. Our team is trained in pet nutrition and happy to help you find the right food for your pet's age, breed, health needs, sensitivities and budget. Come in store or give us a call and we'll walk you through your options.

We carry an extensive selection of limited ingredient, grain-free, novel protein and hypoallergenic formulas for both dogs and cats. We also carry supplements and digestive support products that can help alongside a diet change. Come in and talk to us — we deal with this every day.

Raw feeding means feeding your pet a diet of minimally processed whole foods — typically frozen raw, freeze-dried raw or air-dried. We carry a wide range of raw food options and our team can walk you through the basics, help you choose the right product, and guide you through the transition process. No experience required.

Slow and steady. We recommend a 7 to 10 day transition — start with 25% new food and 75% old food, gradually increasing the new food over the transition period. This reduces the risk of digestive upset. Our team can give you a specific plan based on your pet's needs.

DELIVERY & ORDERS

Yes — we deliver to Newcastle, Bowmanville, Oshawa, Courtice, Clarington, Port Hope, Orono and surrounding Durham Region within a 25 km radius. Free delivery on orders $100 and over. $5 flat rate on orders $20–$99.99.

Most orders are delivered within 1 to 2 business days. We'll contact you to confirm your delivery window after your order is placed.

Yes — select local pickup at checkout and your order will be ready at 361 King Ave East, Unit 2, Newcastle. We'll send you a notification when it's ready.
