This website is operated by Newcastle Pet Supply Inc. Throughout the site the terms "we," "us" and "our" refer to Newcastle Pet Supply. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service including any additional policies referenced herein.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. who provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Certain products may be available exclusively online and may have limited quantities. We have made every effort to display product colors and images accurately however we cannot guarantee your monitor will display colors accurately. We reserve the right to limit sales of any product to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction at our discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion including orders that appear to be placed by resellers or distributors. We may limit quantities purchased per person or per order. You agree to provide accurate and complete billing and account information for all purchases. In the event we cancel or modify an order we will attempt to notify you using the contact information provided at the time of purchase.
