REFUND POLICY: will refund purchases returned in original packaging with a receipt within 30days from original date of purchase. Refunds will be issued in the same form of tender with which the product was purchased. Any returns beyond 30 days will be issued in the form of store credit.
FOOD/TREATS: All pet food and treats can be returned in the original packaging as long as there is more than three-quarters of the food or treat remaining.
TOYS: New unused toys can be returned for a full refund. Used toys can be returned for a full refund or exchange due to a manufacturer defect only, at the discretion of store staff. Refunds or exchanges will not be issued for regular wear and tear or destruction of toys by your pet.
No refunds or returns or exchanges on: clearance items, special orders, seasonal items, litter pans, beds, muzzles, sanitary products (pet diapers), cat trees and crates. Some exceptions may apply. See in store for details.
