Directions for Use:
Pull foil tab downward to remove seal back from calming pod.
With peeled side facing forward, slide calming pod into the holder (not included) along internal tracks.
Replace the used diffuser pod every 30 days, even if liquid is still visible.
Dispose of used pod in normal trash. Re-purchase refills as needed.
